Q. Who do I call to ask about someone who has been arrested?

A. All information about people in jail can be obtained from calling the Wagoner Police Department Jail Facility at 918-485-5511. The facility is operated by the Wagoner Police Staff.

Q. What are the jail visiting hours?

A. Our jail visiting hours are Tuesday's from 7:00 pm. - 9:00 pm. Visitation will only be 15 minutes per inmate. In order to visit an inmate they must have been incarcerated in our jail for at least one week. Call 918-485-5511 ahead of time to ensure visitation is available.

Q. What should I do if I'm involved in a collision?

A. Stay at the scene. Call the police and exchange driver information.

Q. How do I get my car out of impound?

A. The registered owner must bring the following to the Wagoner Police Department located at 105 South Casaver Avenue. The title to the vehicle in impound, photo identification of the owner, and proof of an up to date tag from the vehicle in impound. You will then get a release for the impounded vehicle. We will not release a vehicle to Lien Holders or repossession companies.

Q. How do I obtain a copy of a police report?

A. You will have to come to the Police Department located at 105 South Casaver Avenue. Bring the following: name of the victim, time of the incident, date of the incident, and location of the incident.

Q. How do I get a watch order for my residence or business?

A. If you live in the city and you think you have a problem that requires added patrol by officers please call the Wagoner Police Department at 918-485-5511. Ask for dispatch and request a "Watch Order".
