Bob Haley

Wagoner elected a new Chief of Police on April 18th, 2011 to serve a four-year term.

Bob grew up in Wagoner County and has lived in Wagoner for eleven years now. He was with the Wagoner County Sheriff's office for nearly eleven years, beginning as a field deputy, being promoted to Investigator in 2005 then promoted to Major in 2009. He has been a member of the Wagoner County Child Abuse Task Force since it's beginning in 1999, as well as the Juvenile Drug Court since it's beginning in 2008.

Prior to his time with the Wagoner County Sheriff's Office Bob was a Police Officer for the city of Okay where he was eventually promoted to Assistant Chief. Haley an Okay High School Graduate went on to Graduate from American Technical Institute before getting the Basic Law Enforcement Certification through CLEET and continuing with his education to obtain his Intermediate Certification as well. In 2006, he graduated from the CLEET Investigators Academy.
